The leather used in this product comes from a tannery audited and certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG), which is the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning. This standard requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances. The tanneries we work with are located in Europe and are committed partners who work with us in our efforts for responsible sourcing and continuous improvement (implementation of material traceability systems, fighting against deforestation practices).

To keep your Monogram canvas products looking like new, it is recommended to follow the following care guidelines:
Avoid rubbing the product against rough surfaces, especially leather trims.
Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and away from any direct heat sources (such as radiators or sunlit cabins).
Avoid contact with oils, cosmetics, perfumes and hydroalcoholic solutions, as well as materials that may fade (such as magazines or other leather).
Avoid getting it wet. If the surface accidentally gets wet or stained, please wipe it dry with a light-colored, lint-free absorbent cloth. Do not use soap or detergent.
If the lining or surface is stained, it is recommended to wipe it gently with a light-colored soft cloth.
To protect the product, keep it in the included felt protective case when not in use.
Natural cowhide:
Trims are made from natural vegetable-tanned cowhide and may contain natural or irregular marks from the leather. This delicate leather scratches easily and develops an attractive color over time.

Signature required upon delivery.

Pre-order, custom and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. Once these items become available, they will be shipped via Premium Express.

Returns can be made by mail or in store. The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery (10 days for beauty products). You can return items by selecting "Returns" under the order details in your My LV account, via your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a customer advisor. Once your request is approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or can be downloaded in your account.

For in-store pickup orders, we offer a 30-day in-store return/exchange period or contact customer service. The return window begins on the day your items are available for pickup.

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and intact. Please note that custom and personalized items are non-returnable.
